Have a quick question? Book an appointment and we'll use the time to address your immediate concern and any related bookkeeping issues. If we need more time, we continue with your OK and invoice the extra time afterward.

Booking policies
- Payment is required at booking.
- All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling.
- Instruction is billed for time reserved, not for guaranteed accounting outcomes.
- Your booking covers the time you reserve. If we need more time, we continue only with your OK and invoice the extra time afterward at the same hourly rate.
- Complex cleanup projects are quoted separately.
- On-site sessions have a two-hour minimum and a $50 call-out fee, paid at booking.
- On-site sessions outside Montgomery County need approval before booking. Call us first.
