For virtual sessions, join a video call and share your screen. You'll work directly in QuickBooks while receiving instruction.
Sessions are private, not group webinars. Your instructor guides you through problems rather than simply taking control of your books, so you leave knowing how to do it yourself.

We come to you in Montgomery County, Texas, for training or bookkeeping, whichever you need.
Booking policies
- Payment is required at booking.
- All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling.
- Instruction is billed for time reserved, not for guaranteed accounting outcomes.
- Your booking covers the time you reserve. If we need more time, we continue only with your OK and invoice the extra time afterward at the same hourly rate.
- Complex cleanup projects are quoted separately.
- On-site sessions have a two-hour minimum and a $50 call-out fee, paid at booking.
- On-site sessions outside Montgomery County need approval before booking. Call us first.

Do I need to know accounting before getting started?
No. Instruction can begin with bookkeeping fundamentals and progress toward more advanced concepts.
Can we use my company's actual QuickBooks records?
Yes. In fact, working through real transactions and situations is often the most effective way to learn.
Do you support QuickBooks Desktop?
Our primary specialty is QuickBooks Online. We can also provide general bookkeeping instruction and help with certain Desktop workflows, depending on the version and the issue.
Can you help with more than one business?
Yes. Sessions can address multiple entities, although complex situations may require additional appointments.
Do you offer on-site training?
Yes, within Montgomery County, Texas. On-site sessions are $150 an hour plus a $50 call-out fee, with a two-hour minimum, for training or bookkeeping. If you are outside Montgomery County, call us first so we can confirm availability and travel.
Do I pay before the appointment?
Yes. Full payment is required to confirm the booking. All sales are final, with no refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling.
What if I need more time?
Just ask during your session. If you want to keep going past the time you booked, we continue with your OK and invoice the extra time afterward at the same hourly rate. You can also book another appointment.
